About the service

KidSafe Play lets parents curate a safe list of games, stories and fun facts for their children. It is free to use and shows no ads.

Your account

• Accounts are created and managed by parents or guardians. You must be an adult to register.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account.
• Please give accurate information when you sign up so we can keep your account secure.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for personal, family purposes.
• Don’t misuse the service — no scraping, automated abuse, attempts to break or overload it, or getting around rate limits and security measures.
• Don’t use the site to do anything unlawful or to harm others.

Children

Children use the site under a parent’s account and supervision. The parent decides which games, stories and content are approved for their child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children — see our Privacy Policy.

Third-party games & content

Many games, comics and stories are embedded from third-party sources. We curate them for a family audience but we don’t own them, and their availability, content or behaviour may change or be removed at any time without notice.

KidSafe Play browser extension

The optional KidSafe Play browser extension is provided “as is” to enforce the block list you manage in your account. What it stores and sends is described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove it from your browser at any time.

Intellectual property

The site’s own code, design and text belong to the operator. Third-party games, images and other content belong to their respective owners and remain their property.

No warranty & limitation of liability

• The service is provided “as is” and free of charge, without warranties of any kind.
• We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your own account and all associated data at any time — see our data deletion instructions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
